Mrs. Laurie Fullen

My husband Jason and I have been married for 26 years. We live in Germantown, TN with our four children. Noah, Jacob, Sara and Asher. They all attended SFA and our youngest is now an 8th grader. We have been part of the SFA family for 17 years.

 

I have a passion for helping children learn to read. Being the parent of two dyslexic children myself, I have a unique perspective and opportunity to see things from both sides. I am trained and certified in SMILA and Lindamood-Bell. I am excited to have Hazel joining me for her fourth year to support our RISE students as they work to build their reading skills. She earned her Therapy Dog certification during the summer of 2023. 

 

I LOVE ANIMALS! I have two goldens, Hazel and Becks, three Silver Appleyard ducks named Max, Mazie and Delilah, and a Dutch Warmblood named Finn. We foster for Goldens901 occasionally as well.
