This year's fundraising efforts are centered on strengthening our safety measures. Together, we can uphold the tradition of excellence that defines St. Francis, ensuring that our students continue to learn and flourish in an environment that is secure, nurturing, and grounded in faith.

The state requires that all athletes complete the Concussion Form and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form.  Click the links below to access the required forms and other SFA sports information. 

In addition to these forms for all athletes, the 5th - 8th grade athletes must have a sports physical prior to participation.
