I am originally from Youngstown, Ohio and moved to Memphis with my family when I was 15. I attended Memphis State University (now U of M) and decided to stay here when my family moved to Michigan and later Florida. I have been married for 22 years and have 3 wonderful children. My oldest is a senior at U of M, middle is a freshman at U of M, and my baby is in the 7th grade here at SFA. I love to read, bake, garden, crochet, and watch movies when I am lucky enough to have some spare time! This is my 9th year teaching a fantastic group of children in the Part Time Program. It never fails to amaze me how much they learn and grow each school year. We have a lot of fun while learning in our classroom and nothing beats the smiles, laughter and love that these beautiful children share every day! I couldn't be happier as a parent or teacher to be a part of the loving SFA family!
