Mrs. Beussink

I've taught 4th grade at SFA for 23 years, and I still love going to work each day.  I love teaching at SFA because it is such a loving and supportive environment for the students as well as the staff.  My twin sons went to Catholic Schools for all 12 years of their education, and they both were successful in college due to the great education that they received.  In my free time my husband and I cheer for the Mississippi State Bulldogs.  I also enjoy indoor cycling and working out at the gym.  Teaching is my 2nd career.  I was an accountant before I went back to school to get my Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of Memphis.  In my classroom, we laugh a lot as we are learning.  My students do collaborative work to reinforce the skills that they have learned.  We use computers to practice our math skills and complete projects in the other subjects.  It is truly wonderful to be a teacher and love what you do.
