This is a gentle reminder to ourselves and our children of the importance of hand-washing, getting adequate rest, staying hydrated (with water), and eating healthier foods. Please see the below guidelines for When To Stay Home.
Medical Forms
The following forms should be completed for your child and signed by their pediatrician if they will receive medication (prescription and/or over-the-counter) during the school day. If your child has a medical condition such as asthma, food allergies, or seizures, please complete the appropriate form and return it to the school nurse along with the medication to be dispensed.
