The $75.00 fee will be due prior to the first practice

Sports included are:

 

** CROSS COUNTRY –   6^th - 8^th  Grade Boys & Girls

** GOLF –  6^th - 8^th Grade Boys & Girls (experienced)

 FOOTBALL  –   5^th –  8^th  Grade Boys

** VOLLEYBALL  –   5^th –  8^th  Grade Girls

**FLAG FOOTBALL  –  1^st  – 4^th Grade Boys

** SOCCER –   1^st –  6^th  Grade Boys & Girls

TENNIS – 6^th – 8^th grade Boys & Girls at SFA school

SOCCER – 7^th & 8^th grade Girls at SFA School

CHEER – 5^th – 8^th Grade Girls at SFA School

Peewee SOCCER –  4, 5, & 6 yr olds (4K & 5K) must be 4 by August 1st

(Grade determined in the Fall 2022)

 

 

**Parochial Athletic Association (P.A.A.) rules require that 1^st – 8^th grade

participants be either students at St. Francis School

or attending PRE through St. Francis Church.

 

5^th - 8th grade Boys & Girls are required to have a physical annually

in order to participate in any SFA sport. 

All Athletes are required to complete both the concussion information sheet

and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest information sheet annually

ALL FORMS can be picked up in the athletic director’s office, 

or found on the www.sfawolves.org website

ALL MEDICAL FORMS (for fall sports) must be on file with the Athletic Director by July 22^nd

Registration DEADLINE is May 25^th

After May 25^th, registration forms will only be accepted if space is available
