Our STEM lab and a newly renovated library provide spaces where students can learn to work collaboratively and develop their critical thinking skills. We will be installing Apple TV’s in classrooms to enhance our students’ learning experience.

 

Looking ahead, St. Francis will be the first Catholic elementary school in Memphis to launch Project Lead the Way across all grade levels in the 2018-2019 school year. We are excited to offer PLTW programs to our students, giving them the tools to solve problems and skills for success.

 

Traditional and gifted children benefit from our challenging curriculum, while students with learning differences receive differentiated instruction from our PLUS Program. Our school offers 30 academic clubs and 66 athletic teams that allow students an outlet to develop their God-given interests and gifts.

 

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School has seen many of our 8th grade graduates go on to become valedictorians and salutatorians at some of Memphis’ most prestigious high schools, such as St. Benedict at Auburndale, Christian Brothers, and St. Agnes Academy. Our alumni also include National Merit Finalists and National Merit Commended Scholars.
