School Supply List 2011-2012

To:  Parents and Guardians of Students Entering Grades 1-8 in the 2011-2012 School Year:

You have two options for student school supplies:

• Purchase the required school supplies on your own before school begins in August. (Please note that the classroom teachers will REQUIRE all the items noted on their supply list); or

• Pre-Order and Purchase a supply bag, provided by Knowledge Tree, at a competitive price.  Knowledge Tree will package and deliver the supplies to your student’s classroom on or before the first day of school.  These supplies MUST be PRE-ORDERED and PAID FOR by May 26, 2011 using the order form below.

The prices for supplies are noted by grade level:

1st Grade - $ 49        

2nd Grade - $48         

3rd Grade - $ 54

3rd Grade PLUS - $ 57

4th Grade - $ 62          

4th Grade PLUS - $ 62

5th Grade and 5th Grade PLUS- $ 78

6th Grade and 6th Grade PLUS- $ 58

7th Grade and 7th Grade PLUS - $ 52           

8th Grade and 8th Grade PLUS - $ 46            

* NOTE:   PreK, JrK and Kindergarten school supplies will be provided for all students and billed on your August Tuition Statement.
