To: Students Entering Grades 1-8* in the 2012-2013 School Year:STUDENTS IN GRADES 1-8 WILL BE BILLED FOR SCHOOL SUPPLIES on the August Tuition Statement UNLESS the "OPT OUT FORM" is returned to school by May 25, 2012.NOTE: If you wish to purchase supplies ON YOUR OWN, YOU MUST RETURN THE FORM. You will not be billed and your students will not receive a supply bag. Please note that the classroom teachers will REQUIRE all the items noted on their supply list.
